One customer specifically suggested using the user manuals for proper instructions. There were a few customers who bought the product but did not seem to have received the actual product, while there were also some queries regarding how to set up the Console. In terms of technical specifications, the controller has only one DMX cable port and does not support Midi input control. The controller does not automatically sync with music, but lights can be set up to do so individually. The controller has a built-in program with RDM dip switch function for RDM stage lighting.
