Action & Adventure Editorial Review
Mistresses: Volume 1 is a captivating British soap opera-like TV show that follows the lives of four friends who become mistresses in their own unique ways. Siobhan, Trudi, Katie, and Jessica are there for each other through thick and thin, no matter what. The show is a little bit of soap, a little bit of romance, and a little bit of comedy. It's like Sex and the City with a distinctly British twist. Customers have praised the series' diverse and engaging plot, the smart and funny characters, the perfect casting, and the current issues it addresses realistically. Although it was only on for three seasons, fans wish it were longer and are hoping for more volumes. The DVD includes the first and second series of the show, making it a worthwhile purchase for fans.
