  • vraag: Do these fit 400 shafts?

  • vraag: What's the gr weight of these?

    antwoord: The Carbon Express Maxima Red comes in two spine weights: the lightest (250) weighs 8.11gr per inch, the stiffer 350 weighs 9.07 per inch. These are manufacturers stats and if correct are among the lightest of all brand name arrows.
  • vraag: Will these fit a 350 grain maxima carbon arrow?

    antwoord: The type 0 won't fit 350. Type 1 will fit maxima hunter 350. All of the inserts and what they fit are on carbon express website.
  • vraag: Which ones are .308?

    antwoord: I don't have a device to measure that precisely. My suggestion is to go on Carbon Express website. There is a list of arrows and what size insert they use. That is probably your best bet.
  • vraag: How much do the launch pads weigh?

    antwoord: 11 grains each. Hint: this info is readily available on the web if you just search weight of carbon express insert size 0 weight. Be a little more resourceful on your end, please.
  • vraag: What is the quantity?

    antwoord: It comes in a package of 12. These are inserted at the tip of the arrow and must be glued so it won't slip out. The arrow points (which are sold separately) are then screwed on to it.
  • vraag: My carbon shafts have an id of 4.2mm. Will these glue in with gorilla super glue? And what is the weight so I can factor in total weight of tip?

    antwoord: They only fit Carbon Express Maxim Reds. If your arrow isn’t that the answer is no, they won’t fit. If your arrow is Carbon Express Maxim Reds. Using gorilla glue as an adhesive will work but personally I recommend hot melt on carbon because if you want to remove insert or add weight to the insert, gorilla glue takes some heat and Carbon arrows don’t appreciate heat. The inserts weigh 8.11 grains.
