Nutritionist's Take
KAL Reacta-C with Bioflavonoids is designed to support immune health and antioxidant protection. This supplement contains vitamin C, which is well-known for its role in enhancing immune function and promoting collagen synthesis. The addition of bioflavonoids may enhance the absorption and efficacy of vitamin C, potentially providing additional antioxidant benefits. Most nutritionists approve of its use for individuals seeking to bolster their vitamin C intake, especially during cold and flu seasons. However, it’s important to consider that dietary sources of vitamin C, such as fruits and vegetables, should be prioritized. Potential drawbacks include the risk of gastrointestinal disturbance in sensitive individuals due to high doses. Overall, it may be suitable for those looking to supplement their diet but should not replace whole food sources rich in nutrients.
KAL Vitamin C 8809 Editorial Review
KAL Reacta-c with Bioflavonoids Tablets, 60 Count provides a strong combination of vitamin C and bioflavonoids, enhancing immune support and contributing to bone strength. Users have consistently noted its effectiveness, stating that after regular use, they have experienced fewer illnesses, particularly during colder seasons, suggesting that the recommended dosage of 500 mg in summer and 1000 mg in winter is quite beneficial. Although one reviewer mentioned that the tablet size may be difficult for some to swallow, many appreciate the ease of digestion compared to other vitamins. The product's allergen-free formula makes it suitable for a variety of dietary needs as well.
