The inserts are compatible with 29-inch wheels, with tire widths ranging from 2.1”-2.6”. The system is designed to be used front and rear, and the kit includes valves. These inserts are compatible with tubeless tire sealant for easy installation. They are reusable, but, due to normal breakdown, they will get softer over time. These inserts are somewhat challenging to install, and it is better to let the tire sit in the sun and soften up before installation, and to use the soap on everything to ease the process. The CushCore Tyre Insert Set adds a noticeable amount of extra cushion and peace of mind. Its weight is an issue initially, but the benefits outweigh the Cons.
