RuntoGOL Joysticks Editorial Review
The Wireless Pro Controller for Switch/Lite/OLED has garnered mixed reviews from users, showcasing a blend of admiration and frustration. Many customers rave about its performance while playing on the Switch, noting that it connects seamlessly via Bluetooth without the need for additional hardware. Users appreciate the comfortable design and tactile feedback of the buttons, which contribute positively to their gaming experiences. However, the product does have its drawbacks, particularly concerning user support and functionality. Although some users enjoy the RGB lighting feature, others find it drains the battery quickly and would prefer a simpler method to turn it off. The sensitivity of the analog sticks can also be problematic, especially when navigating menus, often leading to accidental activations of the on-screen keyboard. This sensitivity issue has caused frustration for users who reported difficulty in controlling their gameplay. Despite these concerns, customer service appears responsive, with positive feedback on their ability to resolve issues with the controller, such as the hypersensitivity of the thumbstick. Overall, while the controller shines with good build quality and comfortable usage, it also comes with some significant quirks that may hinder the experience for demanding gamers, especially on PC. **
