- For a clean cut when working with all types of wire rope, look no further than the innovative KNIPEX Tools Wire Rope Cutters. This 7-1/2 model cuts wire rope without flattening, fanning or splaying the ends, and it's ideal for cutting thicker wire rope. This tool also features precise crimping capabilities for end caps on Bowden cable sheaths and end ferrules for wire rope. The high leverage design requires little hand force and provides a mechanical advantage to achieve an easier cut. An internal opening spring helps reduce hand fatigue and is ideal for repetitive work, while a handle lock keeps the handle in the closed position during transport.
