antwoord: There is a magnet at the bottom of the flap and a corresponding one in the frame which hold the flap in the correct position. There is no locking system. If you do not want your pet to access the door, the security panel can be slid into place. -

antwoord: The Dog Door cannot be installed into glass, so replacing with a plastic panel and installing into this will be fine. -

antwoord: To remove the security panel, press firmly down on the bottom section of the panel in the frame, where it says press and then slide upwards using the handhold at the top of the panel. -
