Behringer UMC1820 Editorial Review
The Behringer UMC404HD Audio Interface is a highly recommended piece of kit for those who want to record audio to their PCs or for outputting audio from their PC/laptop to a hi-fi system. The UMC404HD supports up to eight tracks simultaneously in a DAW and can connect to another Behringer preamp via TOSLINK to boost it up to 16 tracks. It is fully ASIO compatible, ensuring integration with most DAWs on Windows/MacOS platforms. This device works well, includes RCA connectors for both input and output, and comes at a great price point. Although the materials may appear to be plasticky, the Construction is solid and the sound quality is excellent.
